I am an evidence seeker and advocate for treating the root cause of mental illness. I have a Master of Science in Functional Medicine & Human Nutrition that compliments my Bachelors of Science in Community Health Education & Human Biology and am currently a Certified Nutrition Specialist resident.
For nearly a decade I have been researching models of healthcare, biochemistry, and nutrition with the dream of improving quality of life for people suffering from depression and anxiety. I believe that Functional Medicine is the key framework to reducing suffering and improving mental wellbeing.
Along the way I realized just how complicated it has become to navigate wellness. How do you know if you are investing in a product because it would benefit your body, or if the marketing was just done really well done?
I am here to help you filter through the noise of wellness culture and to understand what applies to your biochemistry.

My offerings are derived from a combination of several health care theories including the Biopsychosocial Model, Functional Medicine, and Behavior Change. At the center stage is energy & the mind.
The model considers the biodirectional relationship between how our bodies interact with our environment to help us understand and make changes that promotes balance.
